DevOps Handbook

Explains in detail the steps required to take your technical software organization from its current level of productivity to a fully DevOps enhanced level of automated process. More importantly, it explains why you should do this, why your current organizational structure may in fact be impeding your ability to adapt to this kind of change and why you need way more than just technical changes and a lift and shift to the cloud to succeed. I read this after Accelerate which explains the data gathering and statistics that solidly prove the improvements explained in this book, the two are definitely complimentary but I would recommend reading this one first.
